This is a summary of what I wanted in recent months about the repository and versioning tools. Between CSV and SVN SVN I preferred simply because there are more software tools and more Internet repositories (CVS I have not found a single one).
So I installed TortoiseSVN on the local and the Subversion server, but I found more sites that provide services to SVN server. Here's what I found:
www.codeplex.com/ and code.google.com /
these require a license or similar open GL.
The only one I found that allows you to save their projects without a license is open GL www.assembla.com/
