The classic Plumcake

I offer the recipe for the classic and delicious pancakes, great for breakfast and snack for children. A sweet light and tasty.
This recipe, replacing the butter with the oil seed, is really worth a try. The result is excellent for a soft, sweet, not dry, fragrant.

Ingredients:

220 grams of flour 50 g potato starch
150 ml of white yogurt
100 ml of oil (seed)

170 gr caster sugar 1 / 2 tablespoon baking powder 3 eggs

flavor you like (vanilla or lemon)

Procedure:

Place sugar and eggs with an electric mixer.
first Gradually add the liquid ingredients: yogurt, oil seed and continue processing.
Add the sifted potato starch, flour and finally the baking powder and vanilla (or lemon)
continue working for a few minutes.
Butter a loaf pan (see here) and pour the mixture, which will be quite thick.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for the first 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 170 degrees. With a toothpick
check if the cooking is finished (the toothpick should come out dry).
Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven (turned off and closed) for another 5 minutes.
pull out only when it is cold to avoid breakage.
